Last October we travelled to Vritomartis on the south coast of create for our first ever naturist holiday. We loved it so much, we booked again, despite previously never visiting the same place twice.
On this occasion, the drive through the mountains was far more relaxed. Nothing to do with the driving, but more to do with the fact that we knew we were in for a treat.
Another warm welcome from the reception team who showed up to our room, where we quickly found the suncream in our suitcase and headed out to the pool. Surely, the best part of a naturist holiday is only needing a small suitcase that is quick to unpack.
Despite arriving mid-afternoon, there were still plenty of sun-beds available (one of our pet-peeves from some hotels we’ve visited). We found our beds and went for a lovely swim, followed by a cold beer from the pool-side bar… and chill.
It’s really great to see that many of the staff that were here last year are still working in the hotel and also nice that many they remembered us, or at least they were so good at their job that they appeared to ๐
One of the newer staff members was part of the entertainment team. Anyone who visited Vritomartis this summer will surely remember Paul and his aqua-aerobics which had to be seen to believed, but delivered with a huge, infectious smile.
This year, the food was as good as ever, the staff just as fabulous and our fellow guests fun, interesting and engaging.
Dare we hope to visit for a third time next year?
