Encouraged by our extensive research and having enjoyed World Naked Gardening Day on 6th May we have been chatting with a number of possible naturist holiday destinations, finally deciding that Vritomartis Hotel in Crete looked like a place that would suit us.
Sadly, lots of other people also thought the same and so availability of rooms during August and September was an issue. The staff at the hotel were brilliant and made a variety of suggestions, including moving rooms during our stay, but in the end we opted for a holiday in October enabling us to remain in the same room throughout.
We’re sure that the weather in Southern Crete at this time of year will still be warmer than the UK in the height of summer and so we’ve paid our deposit and can’t wait to finally find out what it feels like to be naked in front of strangers.
